I get a call every day for the past three months.  Leaves no message.  Robo call.  Called back and it is a debt collector for American Express Medical (whatever that is).  I told them to stop calling.

They call every day no voicemail but I answered one day and I told them the lady they were reaching out for was the wrong number. They still call EVERY SINGLE DAY! They have since been blocked.
