I didn't recognize the number but foolishly picked up the call anyway. It was a robocall of a woman's name regarding a "warranty", and CLICK, I ended that call. Immediately blocked.
This number calls my work cell phone at least twice a week. When I answer using my work greeting, the girl on the line always seems to have a problem with her headset so she always says "Hello" forcing me to repeat myself to make sure she's actually got a person. She always says that I stayed at some resort and qualify for a free trip or some garbage. Next time she calls, I'll tell her who I work for so she'll stop calling me lol
You are dealing with a recording with limited voice response actions. You need to play along to get to a live person then try to get them to remove your number or place it on their internal DNC list. A better option may be to see if your company will allow you to install a call blocking app and use it to block these type of calls.
