There is no trial pending. There is no pre-trial processing going on. That's just scammer double talk. They are debt collectors and mostly likely they are trying to scare you into paying them something. Tell 'em you know it's a scam and that you'll be reporting them to FTC. Don't talk to them. Don't return their calls. Block their calls.
