I've said this a thousand times. NEVER answer a call if you don't recognize the number. If it is a legit caller, they will leave a message. If they don't, they're not worth talking to. If you pick up, they know they have a 'live' one on the other end, and will keep calling. If they never get an answer, they will eventually stop calling. Simple!

3/10/15 13:28 PST Tried a few minutes ago and didn't hold on long enough to go to voice mail. As far as I know, I don't know anyone in OK City and since no company name was shown, wouldn't answer.
Let it go to Voice Mail and then I looked it up and saw it's just another scammer. Blocked now on my call blocker device, won't even hear the phone ring next time these jokers call. Came up on caller ID as Consumer SVCS, which of course is bogus.
