I answered and it was the same old I am from ATT routine. We get these calls all the time where they claim to be from AT&T and can lower our rates. The same number had called this morning so I just hung up. He called back and was extremely rude so I asked to speak to his manager, he said there was no one over him but the owner. I asked to for the owners name and number he said he would not give it to me. He then got even angrier and said he was going to give my company a bad review. I have tried to call the number back and it says it can not be found.
This number has called our office repeatedly this week. 3 times already this morning. Rings and no one there when we answer. I called it back and the message says, "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service..."
