This number keeps calling my phone periodically, but I've never actually answered it until today. There was nobody on the other line and when I call back, it says the "Welcome to Verizon wireless...this number..." blah-blah-blah basically this is probably a sketchy number of someone trying to eventually scam you or auto-dialed from a computer.
Called twice, first call didn't answer, no voicemail. Second call I answered: claimed to be from a student loan forgiveness program, said I should have received a letter in the mail (I have not). Wanted to verify some information. I hung up instantly. Very windy noise in background, sounds sketchy to me.

Getting calls from this number also sometimes my phone says there is a voice mail but its just dead air. I always get suspicious of phone numbers that start out with a 0 after the area code. If they where a legit you would think they wouldn't have to hide who they really are.
