Got a call from this number yesterday (10/9/2016) at around 6 PM.  Caller ID showed up as "HELENA,MT 1-406-202-3429".  I let it roll thru to voice mail.  Whoever it was didn't leave any message; and they haven't tried calling back since then (around 24 hours now).  When I tried calling the number back, I got a recorded message that the person's voice mailbox hasn't been setup yet.  For now, I'm leaving this number unblocked to see if they try calling back anymore.  If I should get another call and hang up though, I'll block the number at that point.
