12/07/15-Received a call to call them back and they provided me a case # to call them back or my attorney to call them back, I have them on my block list. Have no clue what company is. I think this is a scam
I got a call from Standly Richardson saying that a person is on their way to serve me for a collection debt I have. That I owed them $387 and now that accrued to over $3900 dollars. He is talking about court and everything. He mentions the plaintiff to be Ace cash express and I had previously used them so far its all confusing. I hear him out and after we hang up I call Ace Cash Collection with my ss# they show nothing open on their end as far as collection goes. Waiting for this man to call me back.

Same as everyone else happened only for someone unknown. I called to let the number and got Stanley and explained there is no one working here by that name. (There is a statue of limitations on claims for bad debt. Texas is 3 years. Nothing more to do after that.)
Received a message stating it was an important legal matter, state and federal. Was left a case number. Called back spoke with a Melvin Bell, said I took out a loan through Cash Now ( payday loan). I had a $3000 but after "speaking" to his clients they wanted $800. Yeah right. Be careful.
