This phone number is really pissing me off always calling and leaves messages like someone is going through a tunnel.

This person calls and solicites for Jaycees in MT and was very rude and when told no, just hung up. Then calls back several days later with the same sales pitch. I wish I knew who this was because I would report them to SOMEONE!
