I received a call at 10:00, from a Amy Alexander, she spoke very fast & hostile, she stated she didn'tknow if i was aavoided her calls as she has called repeatedly (1st ever getting call from her), then she proceeded to say a bench warrant was issued for my arrest or that i could meet her at a mutual place to be served, she was calling from Montana, im in Texas so i dont know where the mutual place would be, she got ver hostile, angry, &kept telling me she was coming to my job, going to my parents home, my mother died 47 years ago, my father died 3 years ago, but i didnt tell her that i just said good luck on that & she really got pi**ed, so i hung up.
Got a call today from a guy named Bradley saying that he has papers to serve me with for a county I haven't lived in for almost 3 years. He called me twice within 5 minutes of each other providing me with a case #A******, its a complete scam.
ATTENTION!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!! THEY ARE CALLING THREATENING TO ARREST AND CLAIMS TO BE TRYING TO SERVE PAPERS! THIS IS A SCARE TACTIC AND ALSO ILLEGAL. THEY WILL NOT AND CANNOT ARREST AND SERVE ANYONE ANYTHING OVER A BAD DEBT! HANG UP AND FORWARD THEIR NUMBER TO YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! PLEASE DO NOT BE CONCERNED, WORRIED, OR SCARED! THEY MAY EVEN RATTLE OFF PART OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SIMPLY ASK FOR THEIR COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS TO FORWARD TO YOUR LOCAL AUTHORTIES IN MOST CASES THEY HANG UP!
