I was called June 6 at 1:12 PM Eastern, though I am on the Do-Not-Call list. The caller ID said "HELP CENTER." The human on the line claims to be with "Loan Modification Services", 535 GRISWOLD ST Detroit, Michigan (this is the address of a maildrop, however). They violate the TCPA by using an autodialer and robo-caller. I hope someone sues them, and am happy to act as class representative if a class action is brought.
I keep getting the same call and I currently do not own a home nor have I ever owned a home. Side Note: I have had the same phone number and address for over 7 years. I constantly get calls like this and calls from collections for people that I have never even heard of...with todays technology we should be able to stop this crap. I pay to have a phone so that my friends, family and businesses that I get services from can contact me. There should be a way to legally block them for free!
Someone from this no. keeps calling on my cell and home phone every day at least 5 times a day - no message. Just received a call and picked up and didn't say anything, heard someone on the other end and then they finally gave up after a minute or so. white pages says no. is from Bozeman, Montana. Do not call list is obviously a scam. I'm registered with both numbers.
Got several calls from them over a few weeks, trying to refinance my house that's underwater (doesn't exist). If you press 5 to talk to someone, nobody ever answers, it just asks you to leave a message and press pound. If you press star twice instead, it asks you for an extention number and password. I've tried every easy combination I can think of, having no luck breaking through to something I can either get information from or simply ruin.
