Someone "Unknown" from this number called and did not say anything when I answered.  Stayed quiet.

On Mar 8, 2017 Some one unknown called from this number. I answered saying hello for several times for 2 munites. Person stayed quiet until I handed up.
Caller was from Montana 406-221-1764

they are just calling to see if the number is still good ,  by answering or letting it go to voice mail tells them you are a good number and they will keep phone spamming you .  best thing is not answer , just let it ring

I just pick up and hang up on any unfamiliar number. Real callers call back, not robodialers. The number then gets blocked.
