saying 'This is a public service announcement letting tou know'. Now an English woman is doing it. It's not just one number, which leads me to believe they either know people are hanging up on them and trying from a different orifice, which is shady enough as it is - or - they are riding on the element of surprise to lure someone in.
Keep this in mind. If a debt relief service was legit, it would not need to call a would-be customer over and over. Good businesses have customers go to them, not the other way around. I am also getting pissed off merely due to the slimy nature of what they are doing. My e-mail is
