I have received phone calls from this number too many times to count. I just got one this morning and decided to call it back. When I did,it said I could press # 1 to have them stop calling me, so I did that. It will take up to 72 hrs to remove our number. We will see what happens.
Ownership indicates a fake source number originating the call, actually a cell phone that is redirected to a recording without any ability to "remove you" from a list:

I got a call from Big Timber, Montana yesterday too. Recorded message telling me I won a free home security system. I didn't answer this number because I assumed it's just another annoying call. We belong to the "Do Not Call Registry" and I filed a complaint on both the Big Timber and this one from Livingston, Montana.
