I don't know yet who this is from. If it's any help, every time this number rings, the line above the incoming number on my phone's display (which usually shows the caller's identity) reads 'V03041217100148'. I have no idea what the alpha numerics stand for if anything. They've been calling my number for a couple of weeks now, usually just once a day. If I pick up, there is no signal. If I call them, there is no answer. It really bothers me when calls like this come in. It's almost like my space is being violated. Does anybody else know anything?

I got a call from this number today. Caller ID showed name : INS and the number. I immediately (& incorrectly) it was immigration calling--and had no idea why.
