Started getting 406-224-9230 phone calls despite being on no call list. Bothers me at terrible times and I am really ticked off about it. Answered once and hung up. Very upsetting. I want this to STOP

Received call on my cell today at 4:35PM, no message left. Coincidence has it that I received a call at 12:32PM from PYH from 406-351-4183 on my home phone. This is a fraud trying to fish for personal information.
Happened to me too. They kept on bothering and bothering me multiple times. I told them to call back each time because I was at work. And then the STILL bugged me while i was working. Then I got so mad that I gave the phone to one of my coworkers to start gabbering at the person in a strange language. The guy got SO mad! AHAH!
Received call saying it was a political survey. After a few questions, she said they were having technical difficulties, and could she have my number to call me right back. What am I in for?!?!
There was no return call and when I tried to call this number back, the call could not be completed as dialed.
