keeps calling never talks,

When I answered there was a recoding stating "This is WCA calling with affordable health care."  I didn't listen beyond that and hung up.  They called my cell phone, I don't get that number out to anyone other than friends and family so it is obvious they are cold calling.  Internet search shows that WCA is Westchester County Association for health care reform.  I assume it is Wechester, NY...so why are they calling from a Montana area code?  When I called the number back I got a recoding saying that the number is for subscribers only...I'm not a subscriber so why are they calling me?

Keeps calling even after I have reported them to the DO NOT CALL .

this same # called me informing me i won a trip to mexico! i hung up as well..

It's a low cost health care scam telemarketer..WHen i called i got some idiot named Glen who got mad that i told them to stop calling me. ..

I'm on "Do not call", so the next time i am contacting Montana's AG
