Just got a call from this number. I answered it and it was a recording saying "Congratulations. You are the licky winner of a WCA..." at that point I hung up. I haven't entered anything and have no clue what WCA is.
I have received calls from this number several times a day for the past couple of weeks. They do not leave messages. In the beginning I did answer the call as it is a local number, and either no one responded or else they would say that I was a winner in which I would then hang up. (They say they are with WCA Survey company.) They just called again today and I did not aswer. I then called them back. You get an automated recording saying who they are and if you would like to unscribe press one.(I never subcribed to them in the first place!) I did the same thing last week and they are still calling! I am on the do not call list as well. Doesn't seem to matter. I decided to block the number on my phone since the "Do Not Call List" and unscribing to the calls doesn't seem to help. I'm tired of them wasting my time and my minutes on my cellphone!
