Trying to sell auto warranty- fishing call

"This is the second call regarding your exented warranty".  Automated phone call.  I receive these calls periodically and they are annoying.

i missed a call in my cell. when i returned it, message said "all circuits are busy". ???

The number mentioned above continues to call my cell phone even after speaking with the service rep a couple of times and advise to stop this harrassing calls.  I was told twice already that my number will be placed on the NO CALL list but they continue to call me.
