Beware! This is another number for the Cardholder Services Scam. You're told you can lower your interest and consolidate your debt. All you need to do is provide your credit card numbers and they'll do the rest... meaning, they'll use your cards for you and buy some nice shiny things for themselves. Or they'll just steal your identity and do something else with it.
