called my cell phone today at 4:44PM. no message was left and i did not answer because I knew from the number that it was a telemarketer or some kind of scammer calling. I am on the do not call list, but I guess they find a way around it.
The problem is this: even if you a trace, most likely the number has been spoofed, and the caller is actually in another county where they can't be prosecuted.
Someone needs to invent a phone taser to use on people like this.
