Recieved a "no ring" call from this number. Did not leave message.  A search shows originating from Great Falls, MT.   Puck nether lists no npa/nxx clli.  Digging deeper it appears that Bresnan Broadband LLC is the provider.  Most likely a VOIP service and most likey a scam.
