Left message instructing me to hang up if I was not [Indiana].  After three seconds, the male caller... who had a rather heavy accent... continued to say that the call was an attempt to collect a debt, and left a number to call to settle the matter.  I never answer calls from anonymous, blocked, or unknown numbers.
