Blind call. Recording asking for participation in a focus group.
Caller ID shows as Cellular

no message left ... called back and said my call could not be completed ...

Some recording.  I couldn't hear what it was saying because I was busy at the time I was on the phone. Caller hangs up.

This phone number is coming from a cell phone for some soliciting business in Forsyth, MT.  Or at least that's where the phone number is registered to anyway.

Never did any business with them and I'm on the Do No Call Registry.

I reported them on the National Do No Call Registory:

They'll get fined. :)
