I received a call from this number tonight. The man asked for my husband by his first name, which he never goes by. I asked who was calling, and he said Pinnacle. I asked what the nature of the call was, and he told me he would only tell that to my husband. I told him he couldn't tell him if I didn't hand him the phone. He wanted to know why I wouldn't hand him the phone, and I told him that he was resting. He wanted to know what he was resting from (in a very smirky voice). I just hung up. He called right back, and I clicked the phone on and then off. Since we have no outstanding debts, I knew this call was a very suspicious call.
Pinnacle Financial, collecting bad debt for an emergency room visit for "Matthew." I have no idea what they are talking about or whom they are talking about. They asked for me by my legal name (I go by my nick name).
They have called my house repeatedly looking for someone else. How many times must you tell these people they have the wrong number. I have reported them to the FCC.
This number repeatedly calls me! I finally called them back and told them that if I had this supposed "debt" then they need to send me proof. He said that they had sent proof to me before, so they won't again. I told him that was funny as I check my mail every day and there has never been so much as a letter from this company. Now they call me pretty much everyday which I don't answer anymore. He said it was enough proof that he had my social... really? Don't think so! That tells me nothing!
They manage to call, but hang up right away just after my phone starts to ring. I've NEVER seen anything from these people, or even know who they are. Not leaving a message or letting me attempt to answer just shows me that it must not be anything important.
