keep getting call from this number but no one is at the other end when I say "hello"

i keep getting calls from this number and nothing but a dial tone when i pick up

I received two calls from this number.  When I called them back, a guy did answer and said something about me requesting information about furthering my education, which is not the case  I told him no and said don't call me back and hung up.

They keep calling and no one is there

Same thing keeps calling and no one there. I call it back and it's dead no tones at all just a dead line.
