One more number to block. This calls are not going to stop so whatever we want to do has no outcome. Same message from Rachel or Ann about lowering interest rate. They are working to get your credit card info and still money from your charge card. this is their way of making living. Some people do burglary and robbery, this people do stilling. If they were not bad people you want be considered GOOD because  all of us are good. Just when ever is possible  spread the word and talk about this scam and save innocent people becoming  pray. Discuss in job, party, church, temple, synagogues,mosque, family gathering and all other places regarding this scam.
