When I called the number of the text message I got "Text Me," and left a message. Soon after I got the following response:
"ired of which i will undergo surgery in few days time, i communicate through email and text so let me know if you can handle this for me because is a surprise to my lovely wife Thanks for your response am sorry am unable to talk on the phone at the moment presently am out of town in the hospital receiving treatment for my hearing impa." I sent a reply indicating I only operate with a contract signed with payment in cash and/or check prior to the event and have not received a reply. It is doubtful I will. One would think if he has an impairment and was planning a big event he would have someone to help him with it. Go figure. Sounds like some kind of scam to my ears.

We just received this same text 5 min ago & so I came online to search it (I always do). We have a small pool service we've been running for 22 years in a very rural area. Nothing within hundreds of miles that would be referred to as "the city." Too funny. Blocked.
