This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1321 hours.  Because fully 99% of all calls I get on my landline are scam artists, I didn't even bother answering.  I did, however, check out the number on whitepages.  Surprise, surprise.  It's not even a valid number.  So it's either an in-the-states scam artist spoofing an invalid number or it's an overseas scam artist.
