the call was clearly a recording and for someone that was not me. because this one was from an area code where I have family I answered it.. otherwise I just decline the call and block the number. don't answer numbers you don't know - don't engage in any communication with these people.
Husband got a message from this number AT MY PARENTS HOME. Yes, a call to my husband using his in laws landline saying they will serve him court summons at his work or home if he doesn't settle the debt. Did not extrapolate what exactly it was, but I'm sure they'll take a CC over the phone to clear it up /eye roll
