I have had 4 calls from them today with two different threats and two different case numbers. State they are from Roth and Kaplen Associates. Caller is Katey. Lewis. Can not find any info on Roth and Kaplen. How do you get them to leave you alone! I do not have any fraudulent activity
Lady that called did not give leave her name in the voice mail. She did say it was some sort of Arbitration office of some sort... Have a case number and said I needed to call back as soon as possible and that papers were going to be served to me. I called the number back, and it did not sound like a professional type office in the recording to leave message. I think I will turn this over to a cop friend of mine to see what he can find out. I did look up the number on www.geneologywizard.com and it appears to be a wireless (cell) number.
I recieved a call from this. The claim was it was an abritration office, gave a case number but no name of the person calling. Did not return the call because i do not want them tracking my number.
Got a call from this number, they said it was some law office. Cathy Smith said that they would issues a bench warrant for me in 24 for fraud if I didn't call her. Looked online and law office she stated does not exist.
Received the same call. I call the police. Police knows it's a scam to get info. They want to get as much info. If they have a name and #, why call unless they want more personal info.
this is a Montana area code...arbitration office wanting me to return call before further legal action taken....Asked for one of our sons who has never lived at this address or phone #.
