Unfortunately answered a call from this # (on my cell). Claimed to be from my magazine subscription company BUT would not give company name. I don't have magazine subscriptions! Says I owe 5 years worth of subscriptions for several magazines I DO NOT receive and wanted me to update my credit card information! When I claimed I have no credit cards they got VERY RUDE! When I asked for them to stop calling or speak with a manager I was put on hold with the same girl coming on the line claiming to be manager. When I hung up on them after no understanding, they actually called back. AVOID THIS NUMBER! RUDE PEOPLE TRYING TO CREDIT CARD INFO!!! They never would reveal company and when I called number back there was no answer.
This number has called me twice now, asking for my husband, Matthew. He is deployed to Afghanistan, so he won't be able to talk to them, so unfortunately, I have not been able to get much information from them. All the girl said was,
"This is Jackie, calling about customer service."
I tried calling back and the first time, after I waited for the rings, I said hello. It was basically an echo; whatever I said was repeated back to me and of course, it was my voice, but still a little strange. Then I called again and the line was busy. It was a female calling both times.
