Just received two calls from that number and at 8 and 9:30 AM and no message left. My number is registered on Do Not Call list. I'm on the east coast and yes, the number is in Sidney, Montana. I have no idea who is calling, but they must be starting bloody early! Called the number back and reached an automated recording that said if I wanted to be removed from their calling list, placed on a do not call list, and stop receiving their preferred marketing offers, to press one - and that it would take up to 72 hours to take effect.
