Called the number back. A broken-up recording that I could barely understand says, "Thanks for calling back. You have received a promotional call from a commercial entity. If you wish to not receive calls in the future, press 1." .......... Doesn't say what company it is or what they are promoting. This sort of thing is why do-not-call lists were established.
I got a call Feb.14,202 at 10:55am. I answered the call and there was no response and the other end of the line. I waited a few seconds asking hello can I help you? But still no response them they hung up.
