these people call to tell you that u have an outstanding bill from online and say u are being accused of intrenet fraud .. they say if u do not pay a certain amount today they will put warrent out for your arrest.. they leave messeges saying they can only wish u luck in life they are just trying to get people to pay them they are a scam they also have numerous other numbers. if u have ever done a payday loan online or signed up for a credit report or credit card online they can get your info that way.. they will show they have your personal information dob address.. because u entered it. so just dont pay them.
i got the same call too...and it was for some college admittance thing. I'm already in college and don't need to re-enroll into another undergraduate. Just interrogate them and ask them why they are calling. eventually they'll get scared and either apologize or hangup on you.
