Who called from 4065308354

I received a call on 11-16-15.  We have an answering machine, after our greeting they hung up.

They asked for the lady of the house and when I asked who was calling they hung up!

For at least two weeks this number has called up to 4 times a day.  I do not answer and they do not respond after the answering machine finishes.  It's annoying to keep getting these calls.

shame on them, repeated calls, rude hang-ups, going to stop by their office next time in helena

Had 4 calls in the last two days. Tried calling back but hear that their mailbox is full. Dropped and broke a glass while trying to get up from my chair to answer the phone. Contents splashed all over floor and upholstery. How can I stop these calls? I've had enough.
