It’s now up-north in Canada, I got a lady today (my apologies, I forgot her name) that had the same approach as mentioned on the above but with a 99$ amount – she was calling from 406-532-3748.  I was wondering how a company from the states could provide me leads in Canada… anyway.  Spam?  Maybe, be carfeful.

I received the same type of email spam too! I NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I have heard this BS so many times it's unreal! They may be able to fool newbies who are hungry but they can't fool the professionals! Where is her 800 number??? Why should I call her on my dime?? Fake! Phony!!

I got the same message and get the same type of referral offer from others. I have also received phone calls with the same offer.  For $99 they say they will give me a lead.  (They could just pull any name from a phone book and say it is a referral)  I told them I would gladly pay then a 25% referral fee from my commission on any CLOSED deal.  This would bring them much more money but they know they are phony referrals, plus they must also be a licensed Realtor.  They are preying on agents desperate for any type of lead.  Stay away!

Looking at my email history, they email often. I got 2 emails today!  I'd gladly pay a referral to any Real Estate agent who personally knows a buyer.
However if a buyer is serious they are shopping online; finding a local agent. They aren't going to be exclusive and loyal to this company.
I sure hope the consumer isn't being charged to be placed with an agent, that would be horrible.
