Got a Call like the others from a David Crow that he has a friend looking in McHenry County to buy a home for $150,000 and would I like the lead. His customer Daniel would need me to assist him and to call back for details.
I received a same email from this CLOWN, Real Estate Pipeline. SCAM. I called, they wanted $, said you WILL BE paid at close of escrow only NOT UP FRONT for a fake client. Today no one is having a hard time finding a real estate agent and this whole real estate generate leads is a thing of the past.
so i told him send your client over with a referral slip in hand along with your w9 form so I can pay you after escrow closes. The client never materialized. I reported him to the California Attorney General for bait and switch which is illegal in calif.
Got a call from one of these numbers reported by previous postings; 406-532-5584. No message but I love that people use these online reporting services!
