Called - no message.  Called back and got a man from a collection company.  Said he has talked to me before at this number.  I'm sure you haven't as I block all telemarketing and debt collector calls since no one seems to understand "wrong number" and "take me off your list".  Calling about a credit card from 2004 that was paid off years ago and refuses to believe me.  BLOCKED.
