Optimum is extraordinarily unreliable. I've used their do not call service twice without any relief. (The last time they stopped calling for a week, then started up again.) The worst part is, I already subscribe to their service, yet they don't seem to worry about loosing my business. They call 6 or 7 times a day starting early in the morning, 7 days a week.
Optimum calls me several times a day. I live in an area they do not even service. I called them back and told them to stop calling me, but it g\hasnt stopped!!
