Answered call. Person asked about NW gas bill. A lot of calls from Billings, MT that are phony calls.

Got a call from this number--no sound at all when I picked up. I'm guessing it was a "boiler room" caller that placed several calls and picked up on the first one that answered.  I tried to call the number, (406)559-2328, and got the message, "That number has not been assigned," whatever that means.

Continue to get calls from this no.  4 calls in two days.
