Three times in one day thus far! This number has called, gone through to voicemail and not left a message

I called this number back, and it was talking about obama care

They call all the time. 2-3 times a week, AT LEAST. Just got another call from them at 8:30 pm on a Sunday.

this caller (4062009538) calls several times a day...... ties up the phone line with nonsense......***

So I called the number back. It's an automatrd system stating something about Obama care. Says to press 1 if you would like to stop receiving calls from them. They called me back a half hour later after I had pressed 1.
