Who called from 4066243079

This person is harassing me, 5 to 6 phone calls a day.  They ask my name and hand up.

I rarely give out my cell number and this number has called me 3 times in the past 24 hours.

406-624-3018 Called my landline.  The answering machine picked up and I screened.  All I heard was, "Hmmm", then he hung up...lol!

I got calls from this number sometimes 3 times a day. I finally called it back as it is a local number, just in case it was from someone I knew. When they answered they thanked me for calling them! It was a survey about a TV show, I told them I didn't have TV...they continued to ask questions...I said I wasn't interested and hung up. I haven't received another call from them, yet! I am on the do not call list...doesn't seem to matter.
