automated call that asked for a Jerry Stace, which we do not know. I pressed the number 1 to reply to the call as requested, gave the case number the recorded message and spoke to the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. He did not know the number he was calling and when I gave him the number he did call, he said that wasnt the number he called. He said I "obviously wasnt very intelligent", then yelled to someone in the background about how this was a travel company and not very smart. I told him he was the rudest sob I have ever spoken to in my life, and to figure out what number he called, and never call it again!
