These losers call and try to get you to lower your interest rate on your credit cards.  They are relentless.  They have left hundreds of messages on our answering machine.  They will curse at you, threaten you and use very vulgar language.  They will give you a number of 1-800-847-2911 which goes straight to VISA.  I called VISA and they of course verified it is a phishing attempt at obtaining your credit card info.  In this case, the loser gave his name as Robert Bristol, #1475.
