This number is now owned by Google Voice, and is tied into its system via mapping. Depending on who is trying to call you their Google Voice number should be displayed, I dont believe it will ever be possible to get this number on your caller ID unless it is being spoofed by someone.

Text messages forwarded to Google Voice users from their Google Voice phone to their cell phone receive messages from this number.  The number of the original sender is included in the body of the text message.

Don't know who this is. Got a cell phone text from phone# 406-686-0047. Text message said= "+16307742209:Ugoing out nite"

the message is actually from 6307742209, but either you or they have a service called google voice which rerouted their text.
