I think this is some small natural gas company soliciting people to change their gas supplier. The first time I answered, I couldn't understand the woman, but did hear "natural gas".  I checked with the power company, and they gave me the info on the solicitation. They call many times a week.  I blocked the number on my Panasonic phone, but that didn't stop them, so finally added them to the phone company's call rejection list.
