Recording - "This is your final notice to learn how to reduce your interest rates."  Oh, if only it were - I've been getting my Final Notice daily for weeks.  The number is a spoof and is out of service, so call blocking won't affect it.  Blocked one of their other numbers and they just changed the last digit and kept on strokin'.  I assume that pressing the key for more information will get a third world type asking for my credit card and personal information.  Morons.
