Who called from 4067582029

This number called my phone when i was in school and I got my cell phone taken away!! I did however hear some heavy breathing...and then they hung up.

Does anyone know how to stop receiving these phone call's? It's really anoying me. Hopefully someone replies.  I can't reach them and when I pick up they always hang up.
