Why would you want/need to call them back? What does it matter who is it? They are an unknown caller invading your home phone and your privacy. Do not answer them, do not call them back and block them if you can.
Have been getting 2-3 calls per day from this number and they never leave a message. When calling back immediately after a call is received, i get the recording about the number being disconnect or no longer in service. It has to be a scam. I have been getting other calls that I have blocked as well.
